Goal Update!
Some noticeable goals I have seen of mine are an increased amount of energy and better quality of sleep. I am not too sure about the weight loss because I don’t have a scale to step on, but my mom asked me if I was getting a little smaller!
I have gotten a lot of orders from my jewelry line, and I have had more energy to create jewelry recently! I’m usually burnt out after 2 hours, but I’m able to work 6-8 hours without wanting to crash. I also suffer from often waking up often in my sleep but I have been staying asleep longer!
One thing I love about the book is the very easy-to-follow meal planning! Joel lays out all the options for you to eat every day during the Acceleration Phase and Main Phase.

As someone who barely eats breakfast, I was happy to read about intermittent fasting and how I can start my mornings with lemon water! It’s so beneficial. It helps with cognitive function, physical performance and weight loss. And the recipes! There are so many to choose from and they are so filling and flavorful! If you’re more of a chicken girl like me, there are recipes like the Chicken Spaghetti Skillet or the Fiesta Chicken Skillet that are very tasty.
